we purchase a new and expensive mattress and after six months the mattress start losing the firmness ,we went to store and asked them for help because we were a regular costumer but they were so rude and we didn't get any help from them.we called the costumer service and customer service had the worst service we ever saw.i have back problem and every morning i woke up with pain and discomfort even my husband who doesn't have any problem complain a lot.this is so unfair that you buy the new merchandise and think you are going to get comfort and relaxation from it but you get opposite.

Monetary Loss: $1200.
