I tried to return 2 unused and unopened boxes for nectar mattresses two days after I bought them which I was told that I can return them. When I went to go return them the sales person told me no you have to go to nectar to return them and I said can I speak to your supervisor and the supervisor told me the same thing. So I called nectar they said no they don’t do that you have to return them to mattress discounters so I disputed it through my bank and the bank gave me a provisional credit and then you guys said that I didn’t try to return it so they took the money back for me that’s part of my rent and I would like the money back. They sold us a defective mattress. Upon receipt of the mattress, there was a problem. The mattress was fine on one side and the other, it was much much weaker and less firm. They blew off our complaint for 60 days and then sent a person from another claim company to look at it. The claim company tookk 4 weeks to respond and make a judgement. They told us it was normal. We disagree. They dont return phone calls or e-mails. terrible place to do business. After the sale, you are completely forgotten. I will never go there again. I will tell everyone I know to go somewhere else.

The dreaded mattress shopping. My fiance and I knew what we needed, but no cash. We started looking and shopping for the right fit so we would know exactly what we wanted when we finally did have the cash. Mattress Discounters was having a sale. Big mistake #1. We tried many styles, with a seemingly patient salesman. We found one we really liked. Oh but this one was currently being phased out, this is the last one, we can make a deal. Big mistake #2. We were told we would receive the store model. No problem. We liked it. Alot. They would send it off to get cleaned and we will have it by end of the week. OK. Mattress arrives. Mattress feels softer, but maybe not.. month goes by, the sides are blowing out. I call it in. 2 months go by... the so called 'firm' store model we thought we had is soft and lumpy. We go in to the store, and we learn we didn't receive the store model, we received someone's returned bed. GROSS!!! If I wanted a used bed I would have shopped on craigslist. NASTY!!! Because we signed the form stating we know its a discounted mattress, we can't return or exchange. Final mistake. There is nothing they will do about it, and they would have to assess the mattress for anything wrong with it after being in our care. BS!! $1300 for a *** returned bed that has no side support and blown out sides with no customer service. We have to stuff blankets and pillows between the mattress and box spring for any type of support, and its still horrid. The store won't accept what they did and fix the issue. 6 months with this horrid mattress and $1300 down the drain.

Watch out for the quality of the bedcover 99.00 product

I purchased two sets of mattresses and one bed cover that I was told was cloth. When I had one of the sets delivered I opened the mattress cover and it was plastic. I am allergic to that type of material so I proceeded to bring it back for a refund and was told that since I opened the zipped package I could not get a refund. The new sales person in the location told me to wash it several times.

Very bad place don t buy from there they say you have a year warranty but don t honor it or work with you, webought a mattress set in august 2015, had a stain on it and was defective they would not exchange it or give us a credit, what kind of place does that and the managers son is rude and short with people, very bad business, we have no mattress to sleep on now because of mattress discounters, plus we had to take itback to them and my boyfriend is disabled. Warranty Scam!

I went to Mattress Discounters on Bell Rd. in Surprise Nov 2014. Explained to the Salesman Dennis my current mattress was not supporting my bad back and I needed a mattress that would give me lots of support. He guided me to 3 mattresses in the store and told me they were the only ones I should be looking at if I had back problems. I selected one I liked and he guaranteed me I would be happy and if I had any issues I had a 10 year warranty with their company on their mattresses and they were a company that stood by their customers!

April we are turning the mattress because we recognize the firmness is no longer consistent and I am not sleeping well. I call the company and ask to speak to Dennis. I explain to him what is happening and he tells me I have to call Nat at another #. Call Nat he explains that unless there is a 1/12inch plunge in the mattress the warranty will not cover my issues. He offered to come out, but basically told me nothing would be done. He then told me he would contact the store and see if they would be willing to do anything. I had to call him back to be told there was nothing that could be done. I asked him for the name of the CEO for Spring Air and he did not know who that was! He was suppose to get back to me with the info but never did.

I looked up Spring Air and found out the number in MA. Called and got the name of the CEO and the gal I spoke to told me I needed to contact the company that made the mattress. I called Pleasant Mattress Co in Fresno CA. Spoke to Christy. She led me to believe she would make sure to get something done. Three phone calls later she tells me she spoke to the sales people and I have to deal with the store. Unless I want to bring the mattress to Fresno!!

So, the store says the Spring Air Warranty does not cover the mattress, Spring Air says I have to work with the company that made the mattress and that company who made the mattress says it is the stores responsibility!!!!! Would you call this a complete run around and scam!!! I sure would!! Meanwhile, every morning I have a bad back and it is getting worse. I do not have another $1,000.00 to buy another mattress!!! I will try writing to Edward Bates who is supposedly the CEO and see if he has any integrity!!

Bought a king mattress set and a king mattress it's only been 1 yr almost to date one is sagging 3 inches the warranty co said the frame requires 6 legs the frame has a bar in the middle and i was told by the salesman that was fine. Warranty company said it isn't and they won't replace it!!! Scam scam ! The mattresses i got are supposedly top of the line. Bull ! They are ***! And to court i will go !!!

I contacted the company this summer and got the run around !! They have lied constantly !

Honestly it comes down to the salesman Ed levy . He did not tell me anything about support for the bed ! I informed him my mom is in bed a lot he recommended the Stearns & foster well it was the absolute worst purchase I've ever made . I bought one for myself and strangely enough they replaced it w/ a $700 credit so I gave it to my mother so now I'm sleeping on a sagging bed !!!

What kind of company abandons their customers!!! I'm a chronic pain patient and my body hurts constantly I'm on pain medication for it and sleeping on a *** bed ! I sent 3 different people in to see Ed levy , guess what he never asked about what kind of support their frame has .

I now have evidence against him and the company and my attorney says we can win ! I'm not just going after just getting the mattress but all my aggravation too !!

I'm still very unhappy with your company! I was unable to replace my mothers bed but of course they did replace mine which was absolutely absurd because hers was soooo much worse so I gave her the new one and I'm still sleeping on a piece of *** mattress!!! I sent several people in to the store I purchased them from and as usual the same salesman did NOT ask squat about what kind of support they have ! So ....

I now have enough evidence along with some other I am not going to reveal at this time !

Should have done the right thing ! Your company didn't !

They are the worst

Tried to sell me 500.00 mattress for 850.00.. Saying it was 50% off floor model. Them steered me to very low grade mattress for 450.00 set. Which could have been purchased for 299.00 at retailer. SCAM..Delivery was a joke. Overweight bearded fellow with German Shepard in truck for delivery. ONE PERSON, & dog? To deliver mattress and box spring up three stories? Then the guy wants me to help carry up stairs? The guy Gaea hard time breathing..then he tossed old mattress and box springs from third floor. It was crazy. Don't do it.
